Accounting calculator
The calculator estimates the monthly cost of accounting based on a few parameters: legal form, VAT status, number of documents and number of employees. You see the result immediately, without a phone call or waiting for a quote by email. If you prefer a detailed estimate that reflects the specifics of your company, leave a request — we will come back to you with a concrete proposal.

How does the accounting services calculator work?
The calculator uses the same rate grid as our accounting price list. You enter the legal form (sole proprietor JDG or company), VAT status, the monthly number of documents and the number of employees — the system then assigns the matching price tier and shows an estimated amount. The tool is useful when you plan the company budget or compare offers while switching accounting firms: in a few minutes you see the indicative cost, without calling anyone or waiting for a quote.
The accounting price calculator step by step
Filling in the calculator takes a few minutes. Below we show, step by step, which data are worth entering so that the result is as close as possible to the actual price.
Choose the legal form of your business
First, define the legal form of your company. It can be a sole proprietorship (JDG), a civil-law partnership or a limited liability company (sp. z o.o.). Each of these forms has its own accounting requirements, which directly affect the service fee.
Define your VAT status
Next, indicate whether your company is a VAT payer. Companies registered for VAT require additional work — preparing VAT returns and keeping the registers — which has a noticeable impact on the price.
Enter the number of documents
At this step, enter the monthly number of all bookings: sales invoices, purchase invoices, credit notes, insurance policies, tickets, netting statements, bank statements, cash reports, payroll runs and DRA declarations to ZUS. The higher the number of documents, the higher the price.
Define the number of employees
Enter the number of employees (excluding the owner). HR and payroll service is a separate scope of work which noticeably affects the final estimate.
Data analysis
Once you have entered all the required information, we analyse the data and assign the matching values to the parameters.

The accounting-firm calculator — benefits for your company
The calculator offers two concrete benefits: saved time and clarity about the budget. Instead of calling the firm and waiting for a quote, in a few minutes you see the indicative amount — and by changing the parameters (for example, the number of documents or employees) you immediately see how this affects the price. The rates in the calculator come from the same table as our accounting price list, so there is no separate "calculator" price and no hidden fees.

Accounting prices — what do they depend on?
A few specific factors affect the price. Form of accounting: the lump-sum tax on recorded revenue is usually the cheapest, KPiR is somewhat more expensive, and full accounting — mandatory for companies — is the most expensive, because it requires the most work. Number of documents: the base price covers a set monthly limit, and each additional document is charged separately — that's why organising the document flow really reduces the bill. Number of employees: every employee means additional HR and payroll work, which we add to the price. VAT status: VAT-registered companies need registers, returns and JPK files, which also increases the cost of service. The full list of rates and additional services is in our accounting services price list.
Frequently asked questions (FAQ) about the accounting price calculator
Answers to the questions that come up most often when using the calculator.
What happens to unused document limits at the end of the month?
Unused limits do not carry over to the next month. Accounting service is settled on a monthly basis, so every month is treated separately.
How does the fee work for months with no documents to record?
If there are no documents to record but the business is active, the basic subscription fee applies — regardless of the number of documents.
What information is needed to get an accurate accounting quote?
No documents are required for an initial quote. It's enough to fill in the calculator form, providing among others the legal form, the number of documents and the number of employees.
