Most of our Tricity clients work with us fully remotely. Invoices, tasks and KSeF communication all go through the MIA BIZNES. We book a Sopot meeting only when it is really needed — usually to take over documents from a previous accountant, discuss a change of tax regime, or handle a tax inspection.
Wrzeszcz, Oliwa, Gdynia and other districts of the Tricity
We provide accounting services for companies from across the Tricity area, including Gdańsk-Wrzeszcz, Oliwa, Śródmieście, Orunia, Przymorze, as well as Gdynia and Sopot. The location of your company’s registered office has no effect on the scope or quality of the services we deliver — documents are exchanged electronically, and personal meetings, if required, take place at our office in Sopot.
Tax returns and JPK files are always filed with the tax office competent for the registered seat of your company, in accordance with applicable regulations. Starting cooperation with our firm therefore does not require any formal or legal changes on your side — we serve taxpayers registered with any tax office in the Republic of Poland.

Do you operate an accounting office in Gdańsk?
We do not have a walk-in office in Gdańsk itself. Our office for Tricity clients is in Sopot, at Al. Niepodległości 696, unit 3.2. Most clients from the region work with us fully remotely and never need to visit. The company's registered seat is in Warsaw, in Wilanów.
Does accounting in Gdańsk have to be handled on-site?
No, it is not required. The remote model works in practice and fits within the applicable rules — documents and KSeF communication go through the MIA BIZNES. We suggest an in-person meeting in Sopot only when the client specifically asks for one or when the case itself calls for it.
Does the price list for the Tricity differ from the Warsaw one?
No, we use one price list. The packages described in the accounting services price list have the same rates whether your company operates in Warsaw or in the Tricity. The only difference is the address where we can meet in person. If your document volume goes beyond the largest package — get in touch through the Kontakt page, and we will agree an individual quote.
To which tax office are the declarations filed?
All tax returns and JPK files are filed with the tax office covering your company's registered address — that is what the law requires. The fact that our Tricity office is in Sopot does not change your assigned tax office: a company registered in Wrzeszcz stays under its own tax office.
I am changing my accounting firm in Gdańsk. Where do I start?

Do you provide full accounting services for companies from Gdańsk?
Yes. For limited liability companies from Gdańsk, Gdynia and Sopot we keep full statutory books under the Polish Accounting Act, prepare the annual financial statement and file every required JPK — more on the accounting for companies. For sole proprietors (JDG) we work with KPiR or ryczałt — that is a separate service, not "full accounting".
